Students learn that self-defense is about protecting yourself when necessary—and that fighting is never acceptable.
The HERO PE Teacher for the Day program is complimentary for K-12 schools. Schools located more than one hour from a HERO location may be responsible for reasonable travel expenses. Nationwide requests are welcome, with transportation and lodging quoted when necessary.
